My fee is $225 per session. Each session is 50 minutes. I am an out-of-network provider. I am happy to provide a Superbill for submission to your insurance company.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy sessions are conducted as 3-hour sessions and billed as such.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is respectfully requested, and 48-hours notice is requested for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, otherwise you will be financially responsible for your reserved time. Exceptions are made for illnesses and emergencies.
